 What can you expect in the following pages?
I hope to share with you some of my interests and hobbies in the hope that they may encourage you to take part.
Who am I ?
Now retired after 34 years as a water treatment plant engineer I now find myself doing the stuff I always wanted to do but never had the time.
I live in the County of Yorkshire in England and have easy access to some the most spectacular scenery in the country.
Photography: 
I have been taking pictures for as long as I can remember and hope to generate some interest in my favourite subject and to encourage you to improve your own photography. I also have several videos on
U tube which will be relevant to my hobbies and interest.
Woodworking:
As a hobby I have made three tables and recently produced some woodcarving. More about this later.
Gardening:
I have a small front and back garden and produce some seasonal vegetables
to enjoy during the summer and also preserve and store produce for the winter months.
So, there we are, have a nose around and see what you think.
